Customer Labels

The Customer Labels prints shipping labels for the customers that fall within the range chosen in the customer labels criteria window. You can choose to print either the customer's billing or shipping address on the labels. By default, the labels are setup to print 30 labels to a page (3 columns by 10 rows). This can be changed under Utilities> Modify Reports> Labels.

Choose whether you wish to print labels for your customers based on the billing address or the shipping address. Depending on which address is chosen, the report will display the address for that customer based on the information entered in the respective tab of the Customer Information window.

Beginning/Ending Customer ID
Enter the starting ID for the range of customer IDs to include in the report by typing it in, pressing F2 to bring up the list or clicking on the list button.

Use Shipping Address for label when Billing Address is not specified.
Depending on the option chosen above to print Billing Address labels or Shipping Address labels, the text of this option will change. Check this option if you want the labels to use the alternate address if the address selected is not available.

Laser Labels
Check this option if you are using a laser printer, and therefore will use a laser label format.

Dot-Matrix Labels
Check this option if you are using a dot-matrix printer, and there will use a dot-matrix format.
