Upload Reports to Web site
This utility allows you to choose what reports will be available online for your owners to view. This is available only to those who have purchased the Online Reporting feature.
The Online Reporting feature is an optional module so your program may not be able to upload reports to the web. Contact SherWare Support if you are interested in adding this capability.
Generate Reports Tab
First Owner:
Choose the first owner within the range of owner reports to be uploaded.
Last Owner:
Choose the last owner within the range of owner reports to be uploaded.
Create User Records
Check this option to create the userfile on the Web site so that your owners can login and view their reports. The system will create an online user for each of your owners based on the owner ID assigned to them in the Owner Information record, and the last 4 digits of their tax id number. This option only needs to be checked the first time that you upload reports to the Web site. After the user records have been created the first time, they can be maintained by the administrator in the admin section of the Web site.
Run No
Select the Revenue run closing which generated the reports that should be uploaded.
Upload Owner Statements
Check this option to upload the Owner Distribution Statements.
Upload Owner Stub Statements
Check this option to upload the Owner Stub Statement.
Only for Owners with Checks
Check this option to upload statements only for those owners who received disbursement checks during the run closing selected.
Upload Flat Rate Royalty Statements
Check this option to upload the Owner Distribution Statement for Flat Rate royalty owners.
Upload Owner JIB Statements
Check this option to upload the Owner Joint Interest Billing Statement.
Run No
Select the JIB run closing which generated the Joint Interest Billing Statements that should be uploaded.
Send Email to Owners
Check this option to send an e-mail notifying owners the reports have been uploaded.
Only Send Email to Direct Deposit Owners
Check this option to send an e-mail only to the owners who are marked as direct deposit in their Owner Information record.
Site Configuration Tab
Use FTP To Upload Reports
Check this option to use the FTP function to upload the reports to the off-site webserver.
Site Name:
Enter the site name for the Web site the reports should be uploaded to.Username:
Enter the username assigned to you as the administrator to access the Web site specified.Password:
Enter the password assigned to you as the administrator to access the Web site specified.Mail Server:
Enter the e-mail mail server used for sending e-mail regarding the report upload notification.Email Address:
Enter the e-mail address the e-mail notification should be sent from.FTP Port:
Enter the FTP port to be used. Typically this is 21.Email Username:
Enter your username for the e-mail address specified.Email Password:
Enter your password for the e-mail address specified.
Copy Reports to Local Path
Check this option to have the reports copied to a local path. This option is used when the webserver being accessed is local on your network.
Path:
Specify the path where the reports should be copied to if the Copy Reports to Local Path option is selected. Click on the Browse button to navigate to the location.
Email Template Tab
Email Subject:
Enter the subject line of the e-mail notification to be sent to the owners.
Email Template Text
Enter the body of the e-mail message notification to be sent to the owners.
