Owner History Adjustments
The Owner History Adjustments window can be used to add previous historical information into the Accounting Manager. Previous information will need to be added if you started using the Accounting Manager in the middle of the year and you want to have that previous information included in 1099 amounts reported. The owner history file is where the system gets the information used to calculate the 1099s. If you want your 1099s to be complete, you will need to enter any previous history information for the current year. Previous amounts can be lumped together into one production period if desired.
The information entered on this window will NOT be reflected on any reports that are for a specific run number. The information entered here will only affect historical reports (reports ran for a date or period range) and 1099s.
