Help

The Help Menu allows you to find answers for questions, get information on your software, and update to the latest version.

Topics
The Help files can be accessed through Topics. This will display an online version of our User Manual.

Help Online
Takes you to our online help file. This will be the most update version of the help file that we have available.

Version Information
Provides the version information of the Disbursement and JIB Manager Integrated Edition. This information should be provided to the SherWare Technical Support staff when requesting support.

View Release Notes
When selected a web browswer will immediately be opend and you will be directed to the page on our website that lists the changes made for each update.

Force Update Next Start
This will trigger the automatic update reminder to appear the next time you open the software. Even if an update is not available, it will appear as if one does.

Occassionally small updates or fixes are made available that don't justify a full patch or version change. If a change was made for you, this utility will generally be used for you to receive those updates.

Send E-mail to Support
If you have any reason to contact SherWare Support you can fill out this form to send an e-mail to SherWare Support. You must be connected to the Internet for the e-mail to send.

Connect With SherWare Support
When working on support issues it is sometimes easier for the support representative to virtually access your computer to troubleshoot the issue. When this is needed the connection will be made through this utility.

This will not send a support request, it will assume that you already have a pending issue and the support representative has asked you to connect. A Support Key will be needed in order to start the connection. You will be given a new support key each time this connection is made

Software Wish List
The Wish list is an online database that tracks user suggestions. If you would like to suggest a feature or other improvement to the software then you can search the data base, add new requests, and vote on the existing requests if they would be useful for you as well.
