Upload Reports to Website

This utility allows you to choose what reports will be available online for your owners to view.

The Online Reporting feature is an optional module so your program may not be able to upload reports to the web. Contact SherWare Support if you are interested in adding this capability.

Generate Reports

First/Last Owner
The first and last owners in the range of owners to upload.

Run No
The run number for the reports you would like to upload.

Upload Owner Distribution Statements
Mark this option if you would like to include this report in the upload. Including this report will make it available for the selected owners to see when they log on.

Upload Owner Stub Statements
Mark this option if you would like to include this report in the upload. Including this report will make it available for the selected owners to see when they log on.

Upload Flat Rate Royalty Statements
Mark this option if you would like to include this report in the upload. Including this report will make it available for the selected owners to see when they log on.

Upload Owner JIB Statements
Mark this option if you would like to include this report in the upload. Including this report will make it available for the selected owners to see when they log on.

Run No
Select the run for the JIB Statements that you would like to upload.

Upload 1099s
Mark this option if you would like to include this report in the upload. Including this report will make it available for the selected owners to see when they log on.

Year
The year that the 1099s are for that are being uploaded.

Send Email to Owners
Sends an email to the owners selected owners. Generally this is done to let them know that the reports are available online. The text on the "Email Template" tab is what will be sent.

Only Send Email to Direct Deposit Owners
Will only send an email to owners marked to get their funds direct deposited.

Only Send Email (No Uploads)
Allows you to send an email to your owners even if you aren't uploading anything.

Only Send Report Definitions
Will only upload the report definitions.

Create User Records
Will create the user records for any new owners in the range.

Only Upload Reports for Owners Marked to Use Online Reporting.
Will only upload the reports for owner that are marked for online reporting on the owner information window.

Process
Uploads the selected reports to the owners in the specified range and sends the email if needed.

Site Configuration Tab
The configuration settings for your company. These will be given to you by SherWare Support.

Email Template

Allows you to key in the text that you want to send out with an email.

Subject
The subject of the email.

Text
The text that will be emailed.
