Tax ID Listing

A report that allows you to skim the tax IDs for each owner and vendor to ensure they are setup. Only owners and vendors marked to get a 1099 will appear on the report. It will also list the Tax ID number so that you can easily pinpoint missing numbers.

If you have a lot of records, the report can be exported to Excel by marking the option below the preview button. You can then filter and sort the report in Excel to quickly find any missing Tax ID numbers.

When marked, all but the last 4 characters of the tax ID will report as an asterisk. This is a security feature that allows you to print the report for auditing without having to worry about the tax ID information laying around.
