Revenue Run Closing Summary

Re-prints all the reports that are generated when the revenue run is closed.

Run No
Select the run that you want to view the closing summary for.

Generate Closing Summary Page Only
This option will limit the report to only the first page of the closing summary reports. This allows you to exclude the suspense activity detail.

Print Report by well
When you close the revenue run, it will show you any differences between revenue, expenses or taxes entered and the amounts that were actually allocated to owners. If you have large differences, mark this option to find the problem wells. Any well with a rounding amount greater than $.50 will appear on this report, allowing you to find where the problem lies.

Only Show Exceptions
When printing the report by well you can mark this option. With this option marked the report will only show wells that had a rounding amount on the run closing. This allows you to quickly determine what wells are having issues.

Suspense Activity Displayed on the report:
Following along with the calculation that determines the ending deficit balance can seem a little tricky at first. Here is the logic behind that calculation and what is displayed on the report.
Current Deficit balance - Deficits Covered + Deficits Held + Deficits Transferred = Current Deficit Balance
