Closed Run Listing
A list of all closings that have been completed in the software. This includes Revenue Run, JIB Run, Fiscal Period and Fiscal year closings.
Revenue Run Closings will be listed first, followed by JIB Run closings, Then Fiscal Closings. Each will report in their own section with a total number of closings reported.
Year:
The Year that the run was closed. This was specified when the run was closed.
RunNo:
The run number assigned to this closing. The software assigns this run number based on how many run closings have already been completed.
For clients that process one run a month, this will appear to correspond with the month. Even though this often corresponds with the month, this does not represent the month so it is not concerning if you end up with 13 runs at the end of the year.
Group:
The Well Group that this run was completed for.
Date Closed & Time Closed:
The actual date and time the run was closed. This is not one of the dates that were selected on the run closing window since it is the real time date the run was processed.
Check Date:
The date that was used as the check date for the checks that were created. This was specified on the run closing window by the user.
Posting Date:
This will generally be the same as the check date. If the advanced posting option was marked on the run closing window then you are able to select a different post date which is represented by this column.
Rev Date:
The date that was used as the cutoff date for processing revenue. Only revenue entered with a date on or before this date was processed on this closing.
Exp Date:
The date that was used as the cutoff date for processing expenses. Only expenses entered with a date on or before this date was processed on this closing.
Cmp Post
Displays if the "Advanced Posting" option was marked when the run was closed. A "Y" will be displayed if it was marked. An "N" will be displayed if it was not marked.
Rel Min
Displays if the option was marked to release minimums when the run was closed. "Y" indicates that they were released while "N" indicates that they were not.
Cls Yr
Displays if this line represents a Fiscal Year Closing. "Y" indicates that it was while "N" indicates that it was a Fiscal Period that was closed. This will only apply to the Fiscal Year Closing section.
