Annual Brine Reports

The Annual Hauling & Disposal Reports are two reports that must be sent to the state of OH each year. To access them, choose Annual Brine Reports from the Reports/Brine Hauler Reports menu.

Report Type:
The Annual Hauling Report is the report that is sent to the state each year that contains a listing of the permits water was picked up from and the total amount of water picked up.

The Annual Disposal Report is a report that must be sent to the state each year that details the amount of water disposed of at each disposal site.

Year
Enter the year the report is to be printed for. The system will include log entries for the year entered.
