Report By:
Determines how the report will sort. The available choices are by work order number, customer ID, service date or product code.

Date Range
The range of dates on which you wish to report.

Work Order Range
The range of work orders on which you wish to report.

Beginning & Ending Customer
The range of purchasers on which you wish to report.

Include Printed Work Orders:
Whether you wish to include work orders that have been printed on the report.
