Form 10 Magnetic File

If you have more than 100 wells, or if you just want to file the information electronically, then you can use this to create a digital file that can be submitted to the state.

Year:
Enter the year of the file you wish to create.

First Well:
Select the first well in the range of wells to be created.

Last Well:
Select the last well in the range of wells to be created.

Drive:
Select the drive to save the magnetic media file to.
Note: Windows does not allow writing directly to a CD drive.
