Print Form 10 Report

Prints the form and totals on blank paper that can be sent to the state. You must have created the Form 10 File before you can create it.

Year:
Enter the year of the file you wish to print.

First Well:
Select the first well in the range of wells to be printed.

Last Well:
Select the last well in the range of wells to be printed.
