Program/Partnership History

The Program History report shows each program and a breakdown of the income and expenses by well and program owner. This information is based on the history records created during the run closing process. Therefore, the history will be reported based on the program assigned to the interest at the time of the run closing. This report will not include any information that has not been processed on a run closing or that is still in the New Run.

Report Range
Choose the selection criteria for the report. The report can be generated using the Production year, Accounting Year or by using a range of Accounting Dates.

Summary Report
The report will be summarized by program instead of showing all detail if this option is marked.

Year
If the report is to be generated by Production Year or Accounting Year, enter the year the report is to include.

Accounting Date Range
If the report is to be generated by Accounting Date, enter the range of dates to include in the report.

First Program and Last Program
Enter or choose the first and last program IDs in the range of programs to include in the report.

Start a New Page For Each Program
Check this option to have each program print on a new page.

Include Entries Still in Suspense
Entries that are currently in suspense will not be included on the report unless this option is marked.

Include Direct Paid Revenue
The totals for owners that are direct paid will be included in the report only if this option is marked.
