Customer Listing

The Customer Listing displays the customers that fall within the range chosen in the customer report criteria window.

Sort By
The customer listing can be sorted by the customer's ID or the customer's name.

Report Type
Summary - Displays the customer names and addresses.
Detail - Displays most of the information that is available on the customer information window.

Beginning/Ending Customer ID
Enter the starting ID for the range of customer IDs to include in the report by typing it in, pressing F2 to bring up the list or clicking on the list button.

Recalculate Balance Information
Check this option if the balances for your customers should be recalculated prior to viewing the report.
