Selecting 1099s To Print
When you mark the "Print selected 1099s" option a separate window will appear listing all of the available entities on the left. Move the desired entities over into the "Selected" space. The report will then only appear for the entities in the selected column. Click on the single arrow (>) to move it into the selected field. Click on the double arrow (>) to move all records into the selected field. You can hold the Ctrl or shift keys on your keyboard to select multiple entities at a time. Owners in the "Selected" section on the right will be included on the report.

Options:

Corrections
Marking this option will result in the "Corrected" option at the top of the 1099 form being marked with an "X". This will indicate that the 1099s are a correction. This should be done only when correcting a form previously filed with the IRS.

Mask Recipient Tax IDs
The report will not show the tax ID for each entity if this option is marked. Generally this option is not used. The IRS does accept 1099s with masked tax IDs. This option will add security and is a safeguard against identity theft.
