State 1099 Summary

This report will list each owner or vendor that a State 1099 will be printed for and their respective amounts. This report can also be used to check that all state 1099 information is correct.

State
The state that you want to see the summary for.

Accounting Year
The accounting year for the 1099s.

Include All Owner 1099s
If you don't want to filter out any of the owner 1099s then you can mark this option and all will be reported.

Include All Vendor 1099s
If you don't want to filter out the vendor 1099s then you can mark this option and all will be reported.

Choose Selected 1099s
Allows you to select individually who should be included on the report

Mask Recipient Tax IDs
When marked, only the last 4 characters of the tax ID will appear. This is a security measure that allows you to print the report internally without having everyone's tax ID laying around.
