G/L Activity by Department

The G/L Activity by Department report shows the departments chosen for a particular period or period range and each of the debits and credits that were made to those departments during that time.

Print By
Fiscal Period - Enter the fiscal period for which the report should be run.
Fiscal Year - Enter the fiscal year for which the report should be run.
Fiscal Period Range - Enter the beginning and ending fiscal year and period for which the report should be run.

Selection Criteria
Select the desired Fiscal Period, Year, or Range. These fields will change depending on the "Print By" option selected above.

From Account Number / To Account Number
Select the range of accounts to include on the report

From Dept ID / To Dept ID
Select the range of departments to include on the report.

Exclude accounts with no activity
Marking this option will leave any accounts of the report that don't have any activity during the selected range.

Summarize Activity by Journal
This option will allow you to view a summarized version of the report.
