Payroll Stub Report

The Payroll Stub report will show the stub detail for each employee's check for the selected payroll. This is the same information that would have printed on the employees check.

Pay Date
Choose the pay date from previously processed payrolls.

First/Last Employee
The range of employees to include on the report.

Email Report to Employees
The report for each employee will be emailed to them at the address specified on the General tab of the employee information window if this option is marked. When marked the "Preview" button will change to be "Email". Clicking on the email button will send the statements.
The email preferences will have to be setup in order to use this option.
