Payroll Detail Report

The Payroll Detail report displays employee hours and wages.

Select By
Allows you to view the report for a specific payroll or all payrolls within a specified month.

Month
The month and year that that will be used to display payrolls on the report. This is only used if you are selecting by Month.

Pay Date
The specific payroll date you would like to report on. This is only used if you are selecting by a Pay Date.

Beginning/Ending Employee
The range of employees to include on the report.

Include Taxable Wage Info
The "Include Taxable Wage Info" option shows the taxable wages for all the different types of wages (federal, state, local, medicare, etc.). This is useful for showing how different options about whether incomes or deductions are affecting taxable wages affect the numbers calculated.

Include FUTA/SUTA Detail
The FUTA/SUTA detail option includes the amount of FUTA/SUTA being calculated on each payroll, so they can see when it hits the limit, and also how FUTA/SUTA wages and calculations are affected by different incomes/deductions.
