Vendor Labels

Allows you to print labels for the vendors that you have defined on the Vendor Information window.

The labels are setup to print 30 labels to a page (3 columns by 10 rows). This can be changed under Utilities> Modify Reports> Labels.

Mailing/Billing Address
Select whether you wish to print labels using the mailing or billing address.

First/Last Vendor
Enter the range of vendors to include on the report.

Use Billing/Mailing address for label when Mailing/Billing address is not specified.
Depending on the option chosen above to print Billing Address labels, or Mailing Address labels, the text of this option will change. Check this option if you want the labels to use the alternate address if the address selected is not available.

Laser Labels
Select this option if printing on a laser printer.

Dot-Matrix Labels
Select this option if printing on a dot-matrix printer.
