Partnership Distributions

The partnership distribution capability is part of the 1065/K-1 module. This module is an optional module, and therefore may not be part of the software package you have. Please contact SherWare Technical Support if you are interested in purchasing this module.

Allows you to create a distribution to partners at a time other than when closing a run.

Cash Acct
The account to use for this distribution.

Program
The program code of the partnership this distribution is for.

Program Name
The name of the program that you entered. This will display automatically based on the program code entered.

Post Date
The date to use when posting this to the G/L.

Reference
A note or reference to use for this transaction.

Amount
The amount to distribute.

Distribute
Distributes the money to the owners in the program according to their interest within the Program/Partnership Information .

Print
Prints a report for this transaction.

Create Checks.
Creates the checks and places them in the Print Checks ready to be printed.
