Disposal Sites

Each disposal site must be defined with its associated disposal permit number(s) in the Disposal Sites file. To access this , choose Disposal Sites from the Maintain/Brine Hauler Files menu.

Permits
Enter the disposal permit number(s) for this disposal site. If there is more than one permit number associated with this site, they can be entered under the Additional Permits area.

SWIW #
The salt water injection well number assigned by the state. (Addition for OH SB 165 Reports)

Disposal Site
Enter the name of the disposal site.

County
Enter the county the disposal site is in.

Township
Enter the name of the township this disposal site is in.

Method
Enter the method of disposal such as SWIW for Salt Water Injection Well.

Additional Permits
Enter any additional permit numbers that need to be associated with this Disposal Site.
