Owner Labels
The owner labels window allows you to print labels for mailing statements or letters to your owners. It is formatted to fit on Avery 5160 address labels.
Print Owner Labels
Choose the criteria for selecting labels.
For a Range of Owners - allows you to select a first and last owner for printing.
For a Range of Wells - allows you to specify a range of wells. It will print a label for each owner who has an interest in the wells with no duplicates.
For a Specific Run Number - allows you to print labels for owners who have history records for a specified run number.
Sort By
Lets you select how the labels will be ordered: owner name or ID.
Print Selected Owners
Allows you to choose specific owners from a list to include on the report.
Run Number
Select the run number for which labels will be printed if "For A Specific Run Number" is selected.
First/Last Owner
The range of owners to be include in the report.
Print Labels For
Allows you to select the types of owners to have labels printed. Only available if the option "For a Range of Wells" is selected.
Laser/Dot Matrix Labels
Select the type of labels you will be printing. By default the system is setup to print 30 labels to a page, 3 columns by 10 rows. The number of columns can be changed with the Utilities> Modify Reports> Modify Labels window. Since all labels from the system are printed using the same format, changing one format will affect all labels printed from the system.
The label format can be modified under the Utilities menu> Modify Reports> Modify Labels.
Exclude Any Owners on Hold or Any Owners With Interests on Hold
Select if you wish to not create labels for any owners on hold or owners with interests on hold.
