Owner/Interest Listing

This report will give you a basic listing of owner information or show all wells that the owners have an interest in.

Sort By
Choose how the report should be sorted.
Owner ID - the report will be sorted by the owner ID.
Owner Name - the report will be sorted by the owner's name.

First/Last Owner
The range of owners to be included in the report.

Only Include Direct Deposit Owners
Check this option to see a listing of owners who are selected to have disbursement checks directly deposited. The direct deposit option is marked in the Owner Information window on the Bank Info tab. Direct Deposit is an optional module, so your package may not include this capability.

Include Notes
Whether or not to include any notes in the owner's record on the report. This option disappears when the option to include well interests is chosen.

Include Well Interests
If chosen, the report will show each owner's interests in each well in which they have a share. Otherwise it will only show address information.

Mask Tax ID Numbers on Report
If chosen, each owner's Tax ID information will not be shown when this report is printed.

Start a new page for each owner
If chosen, each owner's information will be printed on a separate page.

Only Include Active Wells
This will only include wells that have a status of Active on the well information window.
