Well Profit and Loss Statement

This report shows a profit and loss statement for each well chosen. It gives the total income by category and the total expenses by category for both the current period and year-to-date. It also shows the total amount paid to both working and royalty interest owners for the current period and year-to-date. This report will only show data that has been processed on a run closing.

Report By
Determines whether you wish to report by production or accounting year.

Year/Period
The year and period to be displayed in the current period column.

First/Last Well
Enter the range of wells to process.

Group
The group of wells to be reported.

Include Only Active Wells
Check this box if you only want to see records for wells that are marked with a status of Active in the well information window.

Include Direct Paid Revenue
Select this option to include revenue on the report that was directly paid by the purchaser to owners in the well.
