Production Reports

Well Production Reports display the total production for each well. This report will only show data that has been processed on a run closing.

Report By
Choose how the production data should be reported.
Production year - The report will include all production for the production year given.
Accounting year - The report will include all production for the accounting year given.
Accounting Date - The report will include all production between the range of dates given.

Group By
The report can either show all wells in a specific year, or all years in a specific well.

Beginning and Ending Year and Period
The range of production or accounting years and periods for which this report will be generated.
(If report by production year or accounting year is chosen)

Accounting Date
The range of dates the report will be generated for. (If report by accounting date was chosen)

Report by Month
Enable this checkbox if the report should be printed by month. If the option is not enabled, the report will be summarized by year.

First/Last Well
Enter the range of wells to process.

Group
The group of wells to include in the report.

Include Only Active Wells
Will only show active wells in the report if this is marked.

Include Direct Paid Oil and gas
Will include the amounts of Direct Paid Oil and Gas on the report if this option is marked.

Recalculate Working and Royalty Totals
Will recalculate the totals for the Working and Royalty interest owners before running the report. This allows any manual entries that have been added to Owner History to be included in the totals reported.
