Well Revenue/Expense Summary

The Revenue/Expense Summary report lists a one-line summary for each well chosen that includes the total income, total expenses, severance taxes and net disbursement.

At the end of this report there will be a grand total for each column that can be used to check total deposits against income entered into the system.

This report will not include taxes that are generated from a tax table.


Report By
Allows you to specify whether you want to report by Run No., Production Period Range, or Accounting Date Range. If you choose Production Period Range, the report will only include data that has already been processed on a run closing.

Run No.
The run on which you wish to report. If New Run is chosen, the report will include all revenue that hasn't been processed in a run closing. If you choose to report by Production Period Range, this portion of the window will change to allow you to enter the period range you wish to report on. If you choose to report by Accounting Date Range, this portion of the window will change to allow you to enter the date range you wish to report on.

Group
The group of wells this report is to be generated.

Accounting Date
Enter the accounting date to use on the report. Only revenue on or before this date will be shown on the report when reporting on a New Run.

First/Last Well
The range of wells to process for the report.

Don't include Directly Paid or Dummy Accounts
Excludes Dummy owners and Direct Paid Owners from the report.
