Errors

Errors can be frustrating when using any software program. If you do come across an error, it can often be fixed by simply updating and reindexing your files from under the Utilities menu. It is also best to make sure that you are updated to the latest version of the software, in case the error has already been corrected with a maintenance update by accepting to install the automatic update notification.

If this does not fix it, you should contact SherWare support. The best way to inform us of an error is to click on the Report Info button shown in the error message. Include a brief description of what you were doing when you received the error. If the error message does not have a Report Info button, please send a detailed e-mail of the error message, and what you were doing when you received the error to support@sherware.com.
