Security

The Accounting Manager Pro includes a security manager that provides several security services. These services include:

User and Group level control over access to your data. This includes everything you need to manage user access, including logon dialogs and user account management. A flexible system of user privileges and groups is provided under the control of the security registry.

Record Authentication Checksums allow you to maintain a keypad checksum for each record in a table so that you can detect any changes to the data, which are made outside of the control of your application.

Event Logging and Audit Trails for recording critical events and data changes made by your application. The logged events can then be traced to the user who initiated them.
