Open a Closed Revenue Run

Use this utility to open a closed revenue run. This can be used if you have closed a run, then while reviewing the closing reports noticed that something on the run closing needs changed or added to the run closing. The most common reason to open a run, is if the closing summary as a difference or if you need to add or remove an item from the run closing.

Choose the run you wish to open from the pull-down menu, and then click re-open. If any checks were printed, they will be voided when the run is opened.

You should not open a closed revenue run if any of the following have taken place AFTER a run has been closed:
- Reports have been sent to any owners.
- Checks have been sent to any owners.
- Payments have been received from owners for a deficit.
- You have cleared suspense for any owners.
