Upload File to SherWare

This window is used to send a File to SherWare support. This will only be used at the request of SherWare. This will allow you to send a larger file to us than you would via email. Information sent with this method is deleted once we have finished the support ticket, This should not be used for your normal backup routine.

Once the file has finished sending, it is a good idea to send an e-mail to Support and let them know that the file is sent.

File to Upload
Browse (…) to the location of the file that should be uploaded. Once the file is chosen, then click Upload File. Once the file is sent, it is a good idea to send an e-mail to Support and let them know that the file is sent.
